Because this website offers a range of products and services, including original artwork, fine art prints, commissions, digital products, and creative services, the terms below are designed to protect both the buyer and the artist while maintaining transparency throughout the purchasing process.

Original Artwork

Original artworks are unique, one of a kind pieces and are sold as final sale. Each work is created by hand, and as such may carry subtle imperfections, textures, or characteristics that form part of its originality and should not be considered defects.

Every effort is made to represent each piece as accurately as possible through photography and description. However, slight variations in colour may occur depending on your screen settings and device.

Due to the nature of original art, returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect assumptions about size or appearance. Buyers are encouraged to review all details carefully before making a purchase.

If an original artwork arrives damaged during transit, please make contact within seven days of delivery and provide photographic evidence so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved appropriately.

Fine Art Prints and Print on Demand Products

Fine art prints and print on demand products are produced specifically for each order through Prodigi. This means that every print is made individually once an order is placed and is not held as existing stock.

Because these works are produced on demand, cancellations, returns, and exchanges cannot be accepted once production has begun. This includes orders placed incorrectly, changes of mind, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference.

Should your order arrive damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, a replacement or refund may be offered upon review. In such cases, you must contact us within seven days of receiving your order and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Please note that minor variations in print placement, cropping, paper texture, or colour reproduction may occur as part of the production process and do not automatically qualify as faults.

Digital Products

All digital products sold through this website are final sale. Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery and the inability to return or revoke access once a product has been downloaded or transferred, refunds cannot be issued after purchase.

This applies to all digital offerings, including website templates, guides, educational resources, and downloadable artworks.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review product descriptions, compatibility details, and technical requirements before purchasing.

Commissions

Commissioned work is highly personal and collaborative by nature. Once a commission has been discussed and agreed upon, a non refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking and begin the creative process. This deposit covers the time, planning, and early development invested into the work.

As commissions are bespoke and created specifically for the client, deposits cannot be refunded once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled by the client midway through, any work completed up to that point remains billable.

The final artwork or deliverables will only be released once the remaining balance has been paid in full.

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the scope agreed upon at the beginning of the project. Additional revisions beyond the original scope may incur extra charges.
